  • First Consultation Form: To schedule business-related meetings, we may collect additional information, such as business names and relevant details, securely stored in Notion and Google Workspace.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services by Google Analytics. Automatically collected data, such as IP addresses, location data, device information, and site interactions, is used solely for analytics and performance tracking. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information). It may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical details. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

If you interact with us on a social media platform using your social media account (e.g., Facebook or X). In that case, we receive your personal information from platforms, such as your name, email address, and gender. Any personal data we collect from your social media account depends on your social media account’s privacy settings. Please note that this privacy notice does not govern their use of your information.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process your information to provide, improve site performance, communicate with you, prevent security and fraud, and comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent. We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason. Google Analytics collects data solely for analytics and site performance tracking.

  • Third-Party Services: Subscription information is managed through Mailer Lite, and communication data is saved in Notion and Google Workspace.

  • No Unauthorized Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or transfer personal information to outside parties without consent unless required by law.

Google Analytics collects data according to Google’s default retention period. Information from contact and subscription forms is retained only as long as necessary for communication or subscription purposes.
